SC Grab is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Download tracks you don't have the right to copy
• Redistribute, resell or publicly broadcast downloaded files
• Automate the service with scripts, bots or scrapers
• Use the service to violate any applicable law or third-party right

3. Intellectual property

All tracks downloaded through SC Grab remain the property of their respective artists and rights holders. SC Grab does not grant you any rights to that content; it simply helps you save a publicly streamable copy for personal listening.

4. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Some tracks may be unavailable due to regional restrictions or artist settings. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SC Grab is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
